In Buenos Aires you will play the top golf courses, enjoy city tour and lively nightlife, and warm weather with friendly hosts ready to make your stay “exceptional”.
In Bariloche, gateway of the scenic Patagonia region, you will be surrounded by quietness and breathtaking landscapes. Playing golf there will be an unforgettable experience.
DAY 1: Depart USA for Buenos Aires arriving following day
DAY 2: Arrival and meeting at the airport for private transfer to the 5 Star Emperador Hotel.
Remainder of day to relax and begin exporing the lively city.
DAY 3: Breakfast and private city tour with an English speaking guide.
Buenos Aires is a charming city with a strong influence of most of the main European cities. Beautiful walks, avenues, parks, monumental buildings, cafes, museums and churches gathered in 26 districts, each with it’s own distinct personality, gives it a truly cosmopolitan air. The northern quarter resembles the most elegant areas of Paris, May Avenue and it’s innumerable cafes houses revives the flavour of Madrid’s Gran Via, the shady Belgrano streets recall the distinguished Londoners suburb, Naples seem to be present in the noisy and colored La Boca quarter.
In the afternoon, transfer to San Andrés Golf Club.
This is the oldest Golf Club in Argentina, built in 1892. The 18-hole course was designed by Scottish Pro Mr. Mungo Park. It is a par 72 for Men and 73 for Ladies, with a maximum 6772 yards length. San Andres Golf Club hosted the “Abierto de la Republica” 21 times (more than any other club). Roberto De Vicenzo, the 1967 British Open Champion, won here twice, and is an honorary member.
Evening at your leisure.
DAY 4: Breakfast and transfer to Pilar Golf Club.
This lush course is located in one of the new fashion areas around Buenos Aires. Pilar offers a modern, very elegant and exclusive Country Golf Club, easy to reach from Buenos Aires Capital City.
This American style 7221 yards long field will test your power distance as well of your short game on its 18 championship holes built on more than 247 acres, that were inaugurated in 1993 plus an additional 9-hole course was opened recently. Players have to use the electric carts.
It also has a quite impressive, luxurious and large club-house with several services for golfers. On 2007 this course hosted the Argentine Open.
DAY 5: Breakfast and transfer to Jockey Club.
This club is probably the most prestigious Golf Club in Argentina.
Founded in 1880 Jockey club has 36 holes created by Augusta national designer, Allister Mackenzie. Both courses (blue and red) will test your strategy skills amogn with your driving accuracy. Host of the most important tournaments, such as the “Abierto de la República”, the World Cup, the European Tour and the amateurs’ championships. The Jockey Club also proved its hardness with some of the best golfers in history such as Arnold Palmer, Sam Snead, Tom Watson, Gary Player, Craig Stadler, Byron Nelson, Sergio Garcia and many others.
In 2005 Golf digest ranked The Jockey Club Red Course as one of the best 100 courses around the world.
In the evening - Tango Show with dinner.
Enjoy the local cuisine and the tango show. This dance represents the country at international events. Its sensuality has traveled the world over in the voices of famous singers. From its origin in the marginal neighborhood of La Boca at the beginning of the twentieth century, Tango has come a long way and today is danced in the finest dancehalls in Buenos Aires and the world: a dance that that has its origins in brothels became a myth and is today a symbol of the city and country.
DAY 6: Breakfast and transfer to national airport.
Flight to Bariloche.
Arrival in the Argentine Patagonia area (Bariloche) and transfer to the Llao Llao Hotel Golf Resort and Spa.
Undoubtedly PATAGONIA suggests the most amazing latitudes of the globe. At the southernmost tips of continental Argentina, the Andean mountain Range shows a variety of natural beauties that will surprise tourist, among which glaciers, wonderful forest and lakes of glacier origin can be enjoyed
In this place the granite peaks and mystical forests of the Andes in western Patagonia cradle one of the world's most beautiful courses. They say you can hear the silence.
DAY 7: Breakfast and golf in the Llao Llao Golf Club.
With a superb location, surrounded by deep-blue lakes, snow-covered mountains and natural forests, the golf course belongs to the Llao - Llao Hotel & Resort; it has asymmetric fairways, imposing green and bunkers perfectly integrated to the environment.
Llao-llao design cross quite a few times the “Nahuel Huapi Lake” and the 18th hole is one of the two holes in argentina that are among the best 500 hundred In the world. It is a 180 par 3 in which you´ll need to fly tee-to-green otherwise you will end up “snorkeling” on the “Nahuel Huapi” Lake.
DAY 8: Breakfast and golf in the amazing Arelauquen Golf Club.
This amazing 18-hole course 6,693-yard and Par-72 golf course is located on the nortwestern shore of Lake Gutiérrez. It is crossed by the Longochinoco Creek, which makes up a central valley in the shape of a horse-shoe opening towards the lake. Immersed in a setting where the air is pure, surrounded by mountains, lakes of crystal-clear waters, unique vegetation and the highest level infrastructure necessary for golfers.
DAY 9: Breakfast and transfer to national airport.
Flight to Buenos Aires and conection transfer to International Airport for flight to USA.
